Remember that you already have at your disposal all the information about the Sports Schools of our club for the 2021-2022 season.
This Centennial year will be more special than ever, so we look forward to having your sons and daughters with us!

For more information you can write in the  different emails of each sports section and this year’s novelty  Learn and Enter ! which offers to do 1 or 2  English classes at the same Club just before training.

New Activities

We would like to inform you that the GymLaietà has been incorporating new Directed Activities since yesterday:

  • FIT RACKET: specific activity for tennis and paddle lovers aimed at improving their physical preparation and injury prevention
  • TRAINER CIRCUIT: high intensity class where you work in strength and endurance stations.
  • STYLE: medium-high intensity class where choreographies of different Latin rhythms are worked (reggaeton, samba, cumbia, salsa, etc)
  • ABDO EXTREME 30 ‘: toning work of the main muscles: abdominals, back and buttocks
  • EXTREME CROSS: high intensity activity where strength is worked
  • BALLOON DANCES: set of dances in pairs where rhythms such as tango, waltz, bachata, salsa, etc. are worked on.
  • DANCE LINE:  type of dance where participants are placed online
  • COUNTRY: type of dance based on DanceLine

In addition, you can already enjoy in our Fitness Room every Tuesday and Thursday at 2 pm pilates and abdominal sessions for 30 ‘
And from October Spinning classes at 7:30 am.
