CE LAIETÀ, STAGE OF THE GRAND FINALS OF THE TENNIS EUROPE UNDER-16
Last Friday, the Club Esportiu Laietà dressed up to host the finals of the prestigious Tennis Europe Sub 16, a day that brought together athletes, authorities and fans in a vibrant and highly competitive atmosphere.
The event was attended by the club’s vice-president of sports, Paco Díaz, and the tournament director, Paula Boixader. On behalf of the Catalan Tennis Federation, the sports director, Òscar Mas, attended, thus showing institutional support for an event that was greatly celebrated by all attendees.
Martina Calvo and Òscar Darder achieved runner-up status in their respective individual finals, where they were defeated by Sofia Kova and Jordi Fernández.
In the men’s doubles category, the victory went to Ruibo Gu and Bardia Majdabadi, who defeated Jan Zavadil and Santiago Plata. In women’s doubles, Martina Calvo and Ada Mcintyre managed to reach the final, signing a brilliant tournament.
We would like to thank the maintenance staff and our trackmen Khairy, Youssef and David for their dedication and for making the tracks live up to the event.

WEEKEND OF EXCITING AT THE CLUB’S BASKETBALL PAVILION
CE Laietà has experienced an intense basketball weekend, full of effort, emotion and great moments on the court. The different teams offered very competitive matches that made the fans vibrate.
Cadet A fell to a very strong opponent. Despite the defeat, the team showed courage and competitiveness until the last minute, making clear their ability to overcome.
The Under-20 team achieved a hard-earned victory in a match of maximum equality. With effort and perseverance, the players knew how to suffer and end up celebrating a triumph that strengthens their confidence.
The first-year Infantils gave away one of the joys of the weekend with a great victory against SESE. This group of players, affectionately known as the “bojos baixets”, continues to surprise and excite the entire Laietana family.
The club continues to add experiences that enrich our teams and grow the passion for basketball every day.
TEAMBUILDINGS IN LAIETÀ, THE BEST OPTION
Last week, CE Laietà had the pleasure of welcoming the FJM Advocats firm, which held a teambuilding day full of activity and good times at our club.
Participants enjoyed a morning of sports and networking, sharing experiences in a relaxed and dynamic atmosphere. The day culminated with a fellowship lunch in the club’s restaurant, which put the perfect end to a day designed to strengthen bonds and create new synergies.
At CE Laietà we continue to focus on offering spaces and experiences that combine sport, business and human relations, consolidating ourselves as an ideal meeting place for corporate activities.
