LAIESPORT IS EXPERIENCED IN THE WATER
Saturday mornings are no longer what they used to be.
Now they are Laiesport, the club’s free children’s activity where boys and girls move, play, learn and have fun in a safe, family-friendly and truly Laietà environment, every Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.
This year brings a game-changing new feature: the heated pool is now part of Laiesport, turning the activity into an even more complete experience, with water activities all year round and proposals adapted to each age group.
Laiesport is the best introduction to the Club’s sports: tennis, football, basketball, padel, alternative sports… and now also swimming, so children can discover what they enjoy, gain confidence and grow in values while having fun.
It is much more than a sports activity:

The activity is also open to non-member children, an ideal opportunity to invite friends to experience Laiesport and discover the Club from the inside.

STRENGTHENING OUR GLOBAL BRAND THROUGH SPORT
Our club recently had the pleasure of welcoming students from the University of Delaware’s Study Abroad program, in a visit that reinforces our commitment to internationalisation and institutional visibility.
This meeting is part of the club’s aim to position itself as a sporting, educational and organisational reference beyond our borders, fostering the exchange of knowledge, values and experiences through sport.
The visit represented a strategic opportunity both for the club’s team and for the students, who were able to learn first-hand about our management model, our sporting philosophy and the values that define our organisation. An experience that highlights the club as an attractive environment for international collaborations and partnerships, and that reinforces sport as a platform for global connection, visibility and brand development.
The visit was led by Paula Boixader, Sports Secretary, and Patrícia Coma, Director of Marketing and Communication, who introduced our brand to the students and aim to continue promoting initiatives that connect our club with the international sphere.
We continue working to build bridges, generate opportunities and strengthen our brand through sport.
REGISTER FOR THE SOCIAL TENNIS TOURNAMENT
Please remember that you have until 26/01 at 11:59 pm to register, and that registration must be completed exclusively through the Isquad platform.
In order to participate in the tournament this year, it is essential to be registered on the Isquad platform. Otherwise, participation in the Social Tournament will not be possible.
Unlike previous editions, manual registrations will not be accepted, as the platform does not offer this option.
For this reason, we recommend not waiting until the last minute to complete your registration. For any questions, please contact coordinaciotennis@laieta.cat.
THE CLUB FILLS WITH BASKETBALL THIS WEEKEND
This weekend the club will experience another intense matchday, full of games, excitement and a great basketball atmosphere. Our teams return to the courts eager to compete and continue growing, and as always, the support of our fans will be key.
Friday
The weekend will begin with the Infantil A match, which will be played away and will kick off several days of sporting activity.
Saturday
At the club, we are in for a Saturday full of basketball and lively stands.
In the morning, both Mini A teams, who are starting the league, along with the Mini B, will compete. The Infantil B, team of the week, will also play, taking to the court with all the energy and motivation that comes with this recognition.
In the afternoon, it will be the turn of both Cadet teams, continuing the competitive day, and we will close the day at the sports hall with the Under-20 match.
Away from home, the Junior team will play as visitors.
Sunday
On Sunday, several teams will compete away from the club: the men’s Premini, the women’s Mini and Senior B will play their respective away matches.
At the club, in the afternoon, we will bring the weekend to a close with the Senior A match, which will be played at home and will once again count on the support of the fans.
There will be many games, many hours of basketball and many opportunities to come together and support our teams. We encourage you to come to the sports hall, fill the stands and make our club spirit felt, both for the teams playing at home and those playing away. Your support makes the difference.
CIVILITY CAMPAIGN AT LAIE
We continue with the campaign aimed at ensuring that members are familiar with the Internal Regulations. For this reason, we remind you that Article 27 states that it is essential to maintain civic and respectful behaviour at all times, both towards the Club’s staff and the wider community, adjusting conduct to standards of good manners and proper behaviour. The same respect must be applied to the Club’s facilities and material assets, using them responsibly and ensuring their proper care and conservation.
It is also mandatory to follow the instructions of the Club’s staff, who work daily to ensure the proper functioning of services and the well-being of all members. In the event of disagreement or conflict with any member of the professional staff, it must be addressed in writing to the Club’s Management, which is the appropriate body to handle any incidents.
With this campaign, the Club reaffirms its commitment to a respectful, safe and pleasant environment, based on coexistence and the shared responsibility of the entire Laietà family.
