THE OPENING OF THE NEW FACILITIES CANNOT TAKE MUCH LONGER
We inform you, in view of the multiple inquiries in this regard, that the opening of the new facilities should be a matter of days.
Last Wednesday, February 11th, our architects attended the visit from the licensing technicians of the Les Corts district to verify the completion of the works and regulatory compliance. The visit went well and the conditions set in the building license as well as the current regulations were met.
Having consulted the status of the file, we expect that during the coming days the club will receive the first-occupancy license which should allow the opening of the new facilities that are already fully prepared for use and include:
The direct access corridor from the men’s locker room to the pool deck
The water zone
The two new terraces
The expanded area of the directed activities room
As soon as the license is received, we will inform you of the fact so that the new facilities can be used.
MAKE YOUR CHILDREN LIVE A MOVIE-LIKE EASTER AT LAIE
This 2026, Club Esportiu Laietà once again bets on an active, creative, and energy-filled Easter with a new edition of the Easter Laiesplai.
A renewed proposal so that children can live four intense days of movement, sport, and imagination, in a safe and educational environment. Each day will become a new scene to run, jump, play, create, and share. They will be the protagonists of their own movie.
What does Laiesplai propose?
The campus combines the sporting essence of the Club with recreational and creative activities:
Club Sports: tennis, padel, basketball, and indoor football, with a playful and non-competitive approach.
Cooperative games and activities adapted to each age group.
Creative workshops and dynamics inspired by the world of cinema.
Great novelty 2026: the swimming pool
This year, the pool is incorporated as a central space of the campus. There will be recreational pool sessions and introduction to swimming, where through play, confidence, safety, and basic skills in the water will be worked on.
A long-awaited incorporation that expands the campus experience and reinforces the sporting character of the project.
More than a campus
Each day is designed for children to move, get involved, and enjoy, promoting values such as cooperation, inclusion, and coexistence. At Laiesplai, it’s not just about physical activity: team-building and memories are created.

LAIETÀ DRESSES THE LITTLE ONES WITH PRIDE
This Saturday at noon, the terrace of Club Esportiu Laietà was filled with smiles, hugs, and much emotion in a very special act dedicated to the boys and girls of Laiesport.
After the morning activity, the families gathered to experience the official delivery of a very meaningful gift: the club’s official bathrobe. A detail designed so that the little ones can wear it with pride when they come to the pool, when they share moments with their families at the club, and whenever they want to feel part of this great community.
Seeing them walking along the terrace with the bathrobe on, smiling and proud, was an image that perfectly summarizes the spirit of Laiesport.
Because at Laiesport, not only physical activity is practiced. Bonds are built, a team is created, and a club identity is forged. This gesture reinforces CE Laietà’s commitment to its children and the families who, day after day, trust the project.

LAIETÀ BOOSTS BRIDGE
ACTIVATE THE MIND, SHARE AND ENJOY
There are activities that go far beyond leisure. Bridge is one of them. Considered one of the most complete card games in the world, it is a real mental gymnastics: it stimulates memory, boosts concentration, reinforces strategic agility, and favors decision-making.
Several studies have shown that activities like bridge contribute to keeping the brain active and in shape, while fostering such valuable social skills as communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
With this will to promote cognitive well-being and the social life of the club, we are launching a free bridge course, open to both members and external people who want to discover this exciting game.
Start: from April 1st
One afternoon a week (April, May, and June)
Schedule: from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Minimum age: 18 years old
The course is designed both for people who want to start and for those who wish to reinforce knowledge in a pleasant, dynamic, and social environment.
If you want to stimulate your mind, learn a new discipline, and share an enriching time at the club, this is your opportunity.

VICTORIES FOR THE MINIS OF THE HOUSE
This weekend we had few matches in competition, but with very good news for the club.
Both the U-12 Female (Mini A) and the U-12 Male (Mini A) achieved a great victory, demonstrating the good work being done in training and the commitment of all players.
Let’s congratulate both teams for the effort and attitude shown on the court!
This coming weekend we return to normality, with all teams back in competition. A full day of matches and lots of basketball awaits us.

FREE BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING AT BÀSQUET LAIETÀ
Bàsquet Laietà organizes a free technical skills session aimed at the youngest with the goal of continuing to foster their sporting and personal growth through basketball.
This session is conceived as a space for learning and technical improvement, but also as a motivating experience on the court. Through specific exercises and dynamics adapted to age, participants will be able to improve individual fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and coordination, reinforcing essential values such as teamwork, effort, and respect.
The activity is aimed at boys and girls born between the years 2015 and 2018, a key stage in the consolidation of basic skills and in the discovery of the bond with sport.
The session will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
To formalize registration, you must scan the QR code on the poster and complete the corresponding form.
An excellent opportunity to continue growing through basketball and experience an afternoon of training and excitement at Laietà.

A very even match that leaves a bittersweet aftertaste. The opponent made the most of their arrivals, converting the three chances they had. Our team generated much more play and opportunities, but the scoreboard did not reflect it. Good path and excellent attitude: we keep working!
U-9 (Benjamín) | U-9 (Benjamín) 6 – 3 Montsant
Great match from our U-9s, with a very good rhythm both with and without the ball. The team showed personality, intensity, and criteria in the game. Although there are still small details to polish, the overall feeling is very positive. Very happy with the team’s evolution.
U-15 (Cadet) | U-15 (Cadet) 5–0 Dominiques
Match controlled from start to finish against an opponent from the bottom of the table. Clear dominance and comfortable victory, without excessive complications. A serious match to continue gaining confidence.
U-11 Blue (Alevín) | Els Llorers 3 – 2 U-11 Blue (Alevín)
High-level match between first and second place. Intense, competitive, and very disputed duel until the end. Unfortunately, the defeat came in the last minute, after a great collective effort. Maximum pride in the team.
The Little Ones (Menuts) | The Little Ones 3 – 3 Jesuïtes El Clot
Very good match from the little ones, with attitude, play, and a lot of excitement. Pity about the draw conceded a few minutes from the end, which does not do justice to the work done throughout the match. We keep growing!
The Little Ones (Menudets) achieved a victory against Pare Manyanet in a morning of football and many emotions. Our little ones continue with their learning process!
