Please remember that today, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17TH, IN THE AFTERNOON, we will have the filming crew at the club, and there will be several impacts that we have foreseen and wish to inform you about:
ACTIVITY ROOM FROM 4 PM – Therefore, ACTIVITIES FROM THIS TIME ONWARDS IN THE ROOM WILL BE CANCELED, BUT THERE WILL BE ACTIVITIES HELD IN OTHER AREAS OF THE CLUB:
6 PM to 7 PM: OUTDOOR BODY BALANCE with Eugenio
7 PM to 8 PM: OUTDOOR FITNESS with Andrés
8 PM to 9 PM: OUTDOOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING with Cristian
The trainers will meet you at the reception.
FILMING IN THE MALE CHANGING ROOM – FROM 6 PM, ACCESS TO THE MALE CHANGING ROOM WILL BE PROHIBITED, SO WE RECOMMEND YOU REMOVE ALL NECESSARY BELONGINGS TO CARRY OUT YOUR SPORTS ACTIVITIES.
Starting at 4 PM, we will open the changing rooms of the old hockey field so that members who wish to change or shower can use them.
Please remember that these are also available for participants of the PUBLIDEP event, which is currently being held at the club.
The designated changing rooms will be clearly signposted, as some are used by children from the football and basketball schools, as well as teams from Catalonia Esports’ private football league, which meets every Wednesday and Thursday from 8 PM.
OUTDOOR FILMING – PARKING from 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM (NO IMPACT FOR MEMBERS WHO WILL NOT BE THERE, AS THE CLUB CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT).
PERGOLA – From 5 PM to 10 PM, a private catering service will be set up for the film crew.
SOCIAL ROOM – From 4 PM until the end of filming, the social room will be reserved (TARRADELLAS LANGUAGE CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN CLASSROOMS 1, 2, AND 3).
We aim to position our club as one of the most iconic in Barcelona. A film crew of around 70 people will be working at our facilities, and we will do our best to minimize the impact on your stay. The filming will continue into the early hours of the morning.
TOP ATHLETES AT THE CLUB
Female sports icons gathered at our club yesterday.
Aina del Cid is a Catalan athlete who has dedicated her entire life to rowing. She is a two-time Olympic finalist, a world championship medalist, and a three-time European medalist. She visited us today to explore the world of padel alongside Marcela Ferrari, director of this sport’s section at the club.
In addition, she met with the successful basketball player Amaya Valdemoro, considered the best Spanish basketball player in history, winner of three WNBA rings, and a two-time Olympic participant with the Spanish national team, as well as padel player Lucía Sáinz, who was ranked number 1 in the WPT rankings in 2020 and is having a fantastic season.
Our club’s sports secretary, Paula Boixader, accompanied them in an afternoon full of sports and female leadership.

BOOK PRESENTATION ‘GLAUDIUS’ AT THE CLUB
On October 24th at 7:00 PM, in the club’s pergola, the presentation of the third edition of the book ‘GLAUDIUS’ written by Robert Hernando will take place, and it will be introduced by the renowned journalist Ernest Riveras.
