CE LAIETÀ, IN SOLIDARITY
At CE Laietà, we are very pleased to share a recent act of solidarity organized by the club’s Tennis Competition section.
Upon learning that our club tennis coach, Carlos Martínez, comes from the Valencian town of Alfafar, which was affected by the DANA, we decided to extend our support to his community.
Thanks to the frozen food company Maheso, through our tennis competition representative Albert Caralt, we were able to gather and send over 700 pairs of rain boots to those in need, helping as much as possible to relieve the current situation in Valencia.
We want to thank Maheso for their generosity and all those who participated for their ongoing support. Special thanks also to the parents in the section, who donated a large quantity of food and cleaning supplies.
It is a great source of pride to know that, beyond sports, our club is a genuine community willing to help.
THE TENNIS BABY TOUR
Nearly fifty boys and girls from the club participated yesterday, Sunday, in a special tennis day at the club. The Baby Tour took place on the main courts on a sunny day, aiming for the little ones to have a great time.
This tournament’s goal is to promote tennis practice in the youngest categories and encourage sportsmanship and competition in a family-friendly and fun environment. In this way, they build bonds with other players their age while developing their skills.
ASICS PRODUCT TEST AT THE CLUB
Next Friday the 15th in the afternoon and Saturday the 16th in the morning, an Asics product test will be held at the club.
There will be 3 types of shoes available for you to try out at our facilities. These shoes can be used for both tennis and padel.
Additionally, there will be a gift for each person who tries them, as well as an Asics material raffle among all participants! We look forward to seeing you on the main courts!
MIXED SOCIAL PADEL TOURNAMENT AT THE CLUB FROM NOVEMBER 17TH TO 23RD

YOUNG PADEL PLAYERS SHOW A HIGH LEVEL OF COMPETITION
This weekend, the third matchday for the sub-13 and sub-17 padel teams took place, where both teams showcased their high level of competition.
In a very close match, the sub-13 team lost away with a score of 1-2 against CET10 Artós, in an especially tight contest. On the other hand, the sub-17 team achieved an impressive away victory against Tennis Despí, winning 2-1.
This result highlights the growth and strong competitiveness among young Catalan padel talents, who continue to show improving performance in each competition.
