INFORMATION SESSION ON THE STATUS OF THE POOL REHABILITATION WORKS
Dear members,
The pool rehabilitation works, which began in early October, are now well underway and clearly visible. A month and a half has passed, and we are beginning to adapt to living with the works and their associated impacts.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. As we mentioned previously, the pool is expected to reopen around Saint John’s Day. A lot of preparatory work was done before the construction began, such as the selection of architects, the tendering process for construction companies, and the subsequent awards. We also want to share the future schedule. We understand that a large project like this generates interest among our members and may raise questions, so we believe it is important to provide updates on the project’s progress.
For this reason, we have scheduled an information session exclusively dedicated to the works, open to all members. The session will take place on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4TH, AT 7:30 PM in the restaurant’s dining room. Similar sessions are planned for February and a final session in May to keep you informed about the progress of the works. The session will be attended by members of the Board of Directors in charge of overseeing the project, the club’s manager, and the architects responsible for the project and its current execution.

CHANGE OF LOCATION FOR THE BICYCLE AND SCOOTER PARKING
We would like to inform you that, due to the pool construction works, we are required to relocate the bicycle and scooter parking area previously located next to the terrace.
The new parking area for these vehicles is now in the members’ motorcycle parking lot. You will find some spots near the entrance and others at the far end, sheltered under the roof.
Additionally, we have several bicycles and some children’s scooters that have been left at the club for quite some time. Owners will have one week to collect them.
FREE DENTAL CHECK-UP FOR MEMBERS OF CLUB ESPORTIU LAIETÀ
Our tennis section sponsor, PRODENTS DENTAL CENTER, is pleased to offer a free dental check-up, including X-rays, to all members of Club Esportiu Laietà.

THE LAIESPLAI CHRISTMAS CAMP IS GETTING CLOSER!
Christmas is approaching, and children have the chance to have a fantastic time at the Laiesplai Christmas Camp.
In December, on the 23rd, 24th, 27th, 30th, and 31st, and in January, on the 2nd and 3rd, your little ones can enjoy the Laiesplai experience.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTING IN SANT RAMON NONAT
Today, Thursday, November 28th, Les Corts will welcome Christmas with the traditional Christmas lights switch-on. This year, the event will take place on Sant Ramon Nonat Avenue, which will be filled with music, children’s workshops, and a family show full of light starting at 4:30 PM. Additionally, there will be a hot chocolate event.
At 6:30 PM, the official lighting ceremony will take place, in sync with the other city districts.
The event will feature representatives from the City Council and the five associations and commercial areas of the district, who are actively collaborating in this celebration. Feel free to join us!
FACE TO FACE WITH POL TURRÓ
On Wednesday, December 11th, at 7:30 PM, CE Laietà invites you to a very special event: “Face to Face” with Pol Turró, who will share an inspiring story of resilience and overcoming challenges, offering lessons not only for sports but also for personal growth.
Under the title “Escape from the Darkness”, Pol Turró will invite us to reflect on how to overcome adversity and find the strength to move forward. The talk will be led by Josep Gusi, Senior Basketball Coach, who will facilitate the event to make it engaging and enriching.
The event is open to everyone, so don’t miss the opportunity to experience this inspiring session in a unique setting.
