Result Satisfaction Survey
Dear partners and members,
The 2024 Satisfaction Satisfaction Survey has ended.
We want to thank you for your collaboration to make Laietà Sports Club a club every day. This year we have received 463 answers, representing 44.61 % of the total number of people who could participate.
This high participation guarantees a great reliability of the results obtained. From these results and the observations collected, from today the different departments and sections will work on the 2025 improvement plan, which includes various actions and investments aimed at continuing to grow Laietà.
