CONTINUOUS TRAINING WITHIN THE CLUB
This weekend, despite having no competitions, activity does not stop at the club.
Our coaches have participated in a training clinic, a day dedicated to continuing to learn, sharing knowledge, and continuing to grow as a technical team.
Because we believe that the improvement of our players begins with the training of those who guide them every day.
We keep working on and off the court!

TABLE TENNIS GAINS PROMINENCE IN THE SMALL ROOM
Table tennis continues to establish itself as one of the most dynamic and accessible activities at CE Laietà, with a prominent presence in the room adjacent to the guided activities room (1st Floor – Room 2) within the guided activities schedule.
With time slots spread throughout the week, this discipline becomes an ideal option both for members who want to start and for those seeking to perfect their technique. Its combination of speed, coordination, and strategy make it perfect for staying active in a fun and social way.
Furthermore, table tennis is a sport suitable for all ages, promoting concentration, reflexes, and physical well-being, all in a relaxed and participatory atmosphere.
The club encourages all members to take advantage of the different available schedules and discover (or rediscover) this sport that hooks you from the very first moment.
Come play and test yourself!
For more information, you can contact the club’s activities service.
