PROCESS OF CHANGING THE LAWN OF THE PADDLE COURTS
From today (1st to 7th August) the process of changing the grass of the padel courts 6,7 and 11 at our club will begin in order to provide better service and have the courts in better condition.
During the days that the turf restoration lasts, only two courts will be blocked per day. They will be finished in a week.

Drink fresh water (not cold) every 15 or 20 minutes even if you are not thirsty
Wear light and loose clothing, a hat and sunscreen +30
Avoid hours of maximum heat (1 to 5 p.m.)
New pool hours: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 10 pm except Sundays and public holidays from 10 am to 9 pm.
Exhaustion or weakness
Lack of sweating
Dizziness and nausea
If possible, shower with fresh water, not cold
Don’t drink cold water, but fresh, it’s about lowering the temperature little by little (lowering it too quickly would be counterproductive).
