ABOCA visits the solidarity track
8 years ago, the CE Laietà solidarity track was born. It is the 11th court of the club and hosts adapted padel classes every day from 5 pm to 6 pm, and on Tuesday and Friday mornings with the Pedralbes Centre. Padel per Tothom is a non-profit association and has been working for the inclusion of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and with different abilities since 2013.
Aboca has joined this project of Corporate Social Responsibility of our club and, in addition to sponsoring the charity track, it also collaborates with a sports and health activity, such as the practice of padel, so powerful in our club .
Aboca is an Italian healthcare company that has been taking care of health since 1978 with 100% natural and biodegradable products that respect the body and the environment. This Tuesday we received Salvatore Gargano, CEO of Aboca Italia and its Manager of Catalonia, Jordi Blasco, and they were accompanied by our president Mr. Jaume Riera, the social representative Àlex Sala Farré, the padel director, Marcela Ferrari, the sports secretary of the club, Paula Boixader, and the person in charge of Padel Per Tothom, Yolanda Mirabete.
Pau and Anton, students, accompanied by Mati, our magnificent adapted padel instructor, were also present this afternoon and shared some time with the new sponsors.
Welcome and welcome to our club! ABOCA, you are our new travel companions!

FOR SAINT JORDI, GIVE A QUALITY BOOK
As you already know, April 23rd is Sant Jordi and the club will celebrate a festive day like every year.
Books are transmitters of knowledge, of wisdom, and bring us closer to other realities and cultures. A good book is a wonderful gift for our soul.
That is why from the club we want you to bring us your favorite book to the club, the one that you would like others to enjoy, and we will give you a ticket for a book that you can choose from among those that we exhibit on St George’s Day itself and have the same characteristics.
Take your book to ATENCIÓ AL SOCI and participate in this initiative that aims to promote reading among members. You have until April 19 to wear it.
Reading, part of the #culturalaie
CIVILITY CAMPAIGN IN THE LAIE
Our club wants to improve day by day and we want it to be a civic and pleasant place for all members of the club and that you all enjoy it as you deserve.
To do this, we want to remember some actions that, no matter how small, will be great for the conservation of our spaces and for coexistence.
Be civic-minded and help us improve the cleaning conditions in the club’s changing rooms. Remember to be careful in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms, and especially do not do beauty treatments in the showers or sinks, as this will seriously damage the current facility.
However, help the cleaning staff and keep the showers clean and polished, we help keep the changing rooms in the excellent condition we want them to be.
LET’S BE CIVILIAN! #LAIECIVISM
