Judit Pla starts in the Tennis Europe Supercategory
The CE Laietà player, Judit Pla, starts this week in the Tennis Europe Supercategory held in Stockholm.
This tournament will put Catalan to the test and will be tested with players from all over the world who stand out despite their youth. We wish Judit all the luck in the world in a tournament that will surely bring her a lot of experience. Good luck, Laietana!
The II FCP padel Slam begins at CE Laietà
From March 3 to March 10, the II Padel Slam of the Catalan Padel Federation will take place at the club where Laietans and Laietans can participate by signing up at this LINK.
Remember that during these days there will be few courts to play (especially during peak afternoon hours). We ask for your patience with reservations and general services during these days.

Catalan Championship of Padel Veterans
Our team of senior veterans from the padel section will compete this weekend in the Catalan Championship of Senior Veterans held in Vilanova i la Geltrú. CE Laietà participates with the 1st category men’s team.
This championship is held until 03/03 at Club Pàdel Vilanova with the Veterans category.

Laie’s junior padel team, in the Lleida Junior Championship
Our junior padel team will compete this weekend in the Catalan championship held in Lleida. CE Laietà participates with the men’s team of minors in the 3rd category.
This championship is held until 03/03 at Padel Indoor Lleida with the juvenile, children and cadet categories.

Basketball at Laietà does not stop
This past Saturday morning the Mini Fúcsia won widely at home, who also played as a local, it was the Mini Blanc, this one, but could not achieve victory, in addition the Pre-Infantil closed the first stretch of matches with a defeat in a match where they had always gone behind.
Those who also played in the morning, but as visitors, were firstly the Men’s Premini who lost after a very tight game, the Women’s Premini, our panthers won despite a very slow start . L’Infantil won by the minimum in a match that they had controlled from the beginning and then it got complicated; Cadet A lost, but one of our players suffered a major injury and will probably be out for the rest of the season, cheers!
Already in the afternoon, Junior C won at home thanks to a great third quarter. Senior B played as visitors at Les Franqueses, they won and are third in the standings with one game less than the first two.
Sunday was the turn of Junior A, they played against Claror at home and lost, after six consecutive victories; Junior B, who played at home to Sant Jordi in a very tight match and won in extra time, are currently second in the standings.
To close this day, in the afternoon, Sots-21 lost at home to Claret after two bad minutes in the last quarter and they are ranked third. Senior A, our first team, fell at home to Básquet Neus in a game that they were unable to close and the locals turned them around, with this defeat it complicates the classification, they will have to work hard to maintain category

Take your book to ATENCIÓ AL SOCI and participate in this initiative that aims to promote reading among members. You have until April 19 to wear it.
