UNFORGETTABLE DAY OF TENNIS

This past Tuesday, some of the students from the club’s tennis school participated in the traditional outing at the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell that is being held this week in Barcelona.

The boys and girls enjoyed a day watching the best tennis in the world.  Among others, they were able to experience very interesting matches, as well as Rafa Nadal’s match on center court.

 

TODAY WE PRESENT THE BOOK ‘EL CÁNCER PARTIDO A PARTIDO.  SIGNING THE TIE’

Today, at 7 p.m., the presentation of the book ‘EL CÁNCER PARTIDO A PARTIDO.  SIGNING THE TIE’ by Robert Hernando.

The remaining speakers will be Joan Capdevila, RRII of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, ​​Ander Mirambell, ex-skeleton pilot, Marcela Ferrari, director of Padel at CE Laietà, and Carolina Mateo, companion of oncology patients.  It will be presented and moderated by the communicator and presenter of LAGRADAONLINE, Francesc Via.

An opportunity to reflect on the therapeutic value of sport for cancer patients.

MINOR CHAMPIONSHIP
II YOUNG PROMISES LUDOMAR CHOCOLATE PASSION

From the 19th to the 21st of April, the youth tournament of the FCP – II Juves promeses Ludomar Chocolate Passion will take place, and 5 couples from our club will participate (3 male and 2 female).

We wish the boys and girls the best of luck!

 

COME TO CELEBRATE SANT JORDI AT THE CLUB

Next Tuesday we will celebrate Sant Jordi at the club!  A very special day that we invite you to experience in our facilities.  As every year, there will be books and roses.  To enjoy!

 

FOR SAINT JORDI, A BOOK!
Books are transmitters of knowledge, of wisdom, and bring us closer to other realities and cultures.  A good book is a wonderful gift for our soul.  Remember that, until next Monday, you can bring your book to MEMBER ATTENTION and participate in this initiative which aims to promote reading among members.

That is why from the club we want you to bring your favorite book to the club, the one that you would like others to enjoy, and we will give you a ticket for a book that you can choose from among those that we exhibit on Sant Jordi’s Day itself and have the same characteristics.

MINORS AND YOUNG PADEL MEETING

From our club we are organizing meetings for minors and young people to offer the possibility of playing to boys and girls who take padel lessons throughout the year, but who never compete.  Also for those who do play competitively, but want to practice more.

The first meeting will be on April 27 from 4 to 8 p.m.!

The price is €5 for school students and/or members and €12 for non-members.  Encourage your friends and come play!

CIVILITY CAMPAIGN IN THE LAIE

Our club wants to improve day by day and we want it to be a civic and pleasant place for all members of the club and that you all enjoy it as you deserve.

To do this, we want to remember some actions that, no matter how small, will be great for the conservation of our spaces and for coexistence.

Be civil and please place a towel between your body and the devices being used.  After using a device, wipe off sweat.

The toilet paper in each room can be used for this purpose.  And, above all, remember to pick up the used material and put it back in the appropriate place.
