Shortly, all members of CE Laietà will receive the call for the next Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on July 13 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the rehabilitation of the club’s swimming pool.
We expect a strong participation from each and every one of you.
Carla Habermeyer is back this Friday at Les Nits del Laie!
Don’t miss this Friday, June 16 at 9 p.m. the concert on the terrace of the club by Carla Habermeyer, an artist who already made us vibrate and who will once again offer us a great show.
Enjoy a concert where you will sing and dance to the rhythm of the music of all times, with a lot of reed and joy. If you feel like it, just dare and sing along with her!!

Paula Boixader, new Sports Secretary
Paula Boixader will continue her professional work at CE Laietà as Sports Secretary, coordinating the different sections of the club in all areas.
A new job position that will combine some of the functions of the tennis section.
Many congratulations, Paula and we hope for all kinds of successes and to be able to share with you many professional challenges.
Final of the +65 Spanish Tennis Championship
Attention all tennis lovers!
This Sunday from 10 am the Final of the +65 Championship of Spain will be held at our club.
The final will be against Club de Tennis Paguera de Mallorca. Our participants are FJ Montoliu, Guillermo Cavanillas, Jaume Riera, Ricardo Romero, Bruno Rioja, Alejandro Aranda, and Pedro Luis García, among others.

The strong Pool season begins

It has already started to get hot and we are starting to see a greater influx of members at the pool on weekends and holidays. For this reason, from this weekend and only in the mornings, there will be reinforcement of the access control to the swimming pool in order to verify the membership status.
It should be remembered that, in accordance with article 29 of the internal regulations, invitations to the pool can only be used during off-peak hours, which are from 2 p.m. This regulatory criterion will be applied strictly and in all cases on weekends and holidays, and may be made more flexible, at the discretion of the reception and the lifeguard, on working days depending on capacity. Remember that this rule also applies to parents of children under the age of 14, who are members but the parents are not. Parents, in these cases, will be able to access with their children’s invitations from 2 p.m., following the regulatory criteria.
We also inform you that, soon, we will install a temporary fence in the access area to the pool which will turn, only on weekends, the area into an extension of the pool beach, also incorporating artificial grass, parasols and hammocks, thus increasing the pool beach capacity by around 30 places. During the working days, the fence, hammocks and parasols will be removed, leaving only the artificial grass. This is how we want to achieve more comfort in the pool on weekends and holidays.
