CE LAIETÀ CELEBRATES WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY AT THE AURA FOUNDATION
Today, March 21, is World Down Syndrome Day and the Aura Foundation has invited us to the #AURADownsDay to reinforce that all people have a full and happy life and, for this reason, we emphasize that everyone and we all have the same routine and the same needs, regardless of disability.
Our workers Artur and Andrés, who also participate in Aura, spent a very social and supportive morning on this very special day.
THE CATALAN SELECTION IN WHEELCHAIR TRAINS AT THE CLUB
CE Laietà received the visit of the Catalan team of Padel in wheelchairs to prepare the Spanish Championship for Autonomous Selections that will be held this weekend in Ciudad Real.
Our padel director, Marcela Ferrari, is part of the technical team and will accompany the team in the competition. Our sports secretary, Paula Boixader, did not want to miss the training they did.
A visit that fills us with pride and we encourage the whole team to achieve a good result in Castilian soil.

This year, the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, 71st Trofeu Conde de Godó will be held from April 13 to 21 at the RCTB.

Eric Semeraro is a coach with proven experience in the world of tennis and has joined the CE Laietà coaching staff.

DELIVERY OF PRIZES OF THE 6TH EDITION OF THE INCANSABLES TOURNAMENT
Yesterday, Thursday, the awards ceremony of the 6th edition of the Torneig Incansables took place, a group created 8 and a half years ago. The members of its Board are co-owners Joan Puigtió, Team Spokesman, Carles Liébana, who organizes the Cup, Jaume Gil who organizes the matches, and Pito Vinadé.
The winners were:
1st PRIZE: Josep Maria Banach and Dolors Morera
2nd PRIZE: Salvi Vitalla and Josep Colldecarreras
3rd PRIZE: Emili Boyer and Emili Coll
Pito Vinadé said a few words of thanks and our president, Jaume Riera closed the event with an emotional speech.

COACH CHANGE DAY
This week the small teams of the basketball section were able to enjoy training with a different coach.
In this way, both players and coaches have been able to learn about other types of training and game rhythms.

CIVILITY CAMPAIGN IN THE LAIE
Our club wants to improve every day and is experiencing changes and improvements in our facilities. We want it to be a civic and pleasant place for all members of the club and that you all enjoy it as you deserve.
We would like to congratulate each and every member for having respected the new rules of operation of the padel and tennis reserves. With these, coexistence has been improved and we have helped the cabin crew in their invaluable work.
