Recognition to Judit Pla
Yesterday afternoon, the Rafael Nebot Auditorium of the Catalan Sports Council hosted the recognition ceremony of the Catalan Tennis Federation for the champions, champions and finalists of the 2023 Catalan Youth Championships. Our player, Judit Pla, to be champion of Catalonia Under 13 women.
Liliana López, who plays for CE Laietà, was a finalist. In the photo, accompanied by Catalan tennis player Marcel Granollers. The event was also attended by the Tennis Director, Pere Icart, and the tennis spokesperson, Albert Caralt.
Visit of the Aura Foundation
Our club’s commitment to people with disabilities goes back a long way and for many years, we have been working to give opportunities to vulnerable groups.
This is why we were visited by Ms. Glòria Canals, president of the Aura Foundation, who wanted to personally welcome Artur, a club worker carrying out maintenance tasks in the men’s locker room in the afternoons. He was accompanied by the Director of Logistics, Juancho Montoro, who looks after the boy who joined a few weeks ago. Nor did Mr. Manel Monroig, who was Sports Vice-President of our organization and is firmly committed to the club’s solidarity actions, do not want to miss the visit, now carrying out his work on the Board of Trustees of our Foundation.
Visits that give meaning to the work committed to inclusion and solidarity.
Paddle for Everyone participates in the Flashmob for Disability Day
Tomorrow Friday Padel Per Tothom, with the club’s Padel Director, Marcela Ferrari, and Mati Saavedra, coach of the boys and girls who come from the Pedralbes Center, we will participate in the Flashmob that takes place in almost all the districts of Barcelona simultaneously for at the International Day of Persons with Disabilities Celebration.
The same will take place in Plaça de la Vila de Sarrià at approximately 11 am.

Civics campaign in Laie
Our club wants to improve day by day and is experiencing changes and improvements in the facility. We want it to be a civic and pleasant place for all members of the club and that you all enjoy it as you deserve.
To do this, we want to remember some actions that, no matter how small, will be great for the conservation of our spaces and for coexistence.
Please be civic-minded and recycle the tennis balls you don’t use. In the club you will find recycling points for both paddle and tennis balls.
