TONI BATLLE JR. CROWNED CE LAIETÀ SOCIAL TENNIS TOURNAMENT CHAMPION

The CE Laietà Social Tennis Tournament has a new champion. Toni Batlle Jr. claimed the title after defeating Gael Lage in a thrilling final that showcased outstanding tennis, remarkable intensity and an evenly matched contest from start to finish.

Spectators enjoyed a highly competitive match featuring spectacular points, high-quality rallies and excitement until the very last moment. Both Toni and Gael demonstrated an exceptional level of play and true sportsmanship, delivering a final worthy of our Social Tournament.

The Club Esportiu Laietà would like to congratulate Toni Batlle Jr. on winning the title, as well as Gael Lage for an outstanding tournament and a memorable final that delighted everyone in attendance.

Congratulations also to all the participants who, once again, helped make the Social Tournament a wonderful celebration of tennis and friendship at our club.

PÁJAROS MOJADOS TO PROVIDE THE SOUNDTRACK FOR THIS FRIDAY’S LAIE NIGHTS

July begins with live music at Club Esportiu Laietà. On Friday, July 3, from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, the pergola will host a performance by Pájaros Mojados, a band that will take the audience on a journey through the greatest pop and rock hits of all time.

With a repertoire featuring songs that have become the soundtrack of several generations, the band promises an evening designed for singing, dancing and enjoying a perfect summer night in a fantastic atmosphere.

Laie Nights continue to establish themselves as one of the Club’s most anticipated summer events, combining live music, great food and the best company in a unique setting.

We look forward to seeing you for another evening full of rhythm, memories and great music!

CE LAIETÀ JOINS THE “MULLA’T” CAMPAIGN AGAINST MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

This month, Club Esportiu Laietà once again demonstrates its commitment to social causes by taking part in a new edition of the “Mulla’t” (“Take the Plunge”) campaign for Multiple Sclerosis, a charitable initiative that supports people living with the disease while helping fund research and care services.

Throughout the event, all members will be invited to join this meaningful initiative with a simple but powerful gesture: taking the plunge for a good cause.

Official “Mulla’t” fundraising products will also be available for purchase at the Club, with all proceeds going directly to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, which has been working for more than 35 years to improve the quality of life of people affected by the disease and to promote research.

At CE Laietà, we believe that sport is also about solidarity, commitment and community. We encourage everyone to take part and once again show that, together, we can make a difference.

Summer means sport, swimming and spending plenty of time outdoors. That’s why Club Esportiu Laietà continues working to ensure everyone enjoys our facilities as safely as possible.

Members can now make use of IDRA SUN sunscreen dispensers, conveniently located in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms, as well as in the pool solarium, making sun protection easy, convenient and accessible for everyone.

This initiative also extends to our youngest members. Children attending Laiestiu summer camp have sunscreen available throughout their activities, allowing them to play, have fun and enjoy sports while keeping their skin protected under the supervision of our instructors.

Prevention is the best way to enjoy the sun responsibly. Remember to apply sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply it regularly, especially after swimming or exercising.
